Andrew Abian, Assistant Teaching Professor
Biography
Andrew received his MS in physics from the University of Washington, and BS in mathematics with a minor in physics from the University of Iowa. He has also studied French at the Sorbonne in Paris, and statistics at Columbia University in New York. Prior to teaching at UW Bothell, he taught both math and physics courses at various community colleges in the Seattle area, as well as in Austin, Texas. He has also worked as an actuarial analyst, and software developer. Andrew currently teaches undergraduate mathematics courses ranging from Pre-Algebra to Differential Equations and Matrix Algebra. Andrew has also led month-long UW Study Abroad programs to Europe over the past several years.
