Campus Lactation Stations
We offer on-site lactation stations to all nursing or pumping parent attending school or working at UW Bothell. The lactation stations provide a private, secure, clean space for you to express your milk.
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act contains a provision related to expressing breast milk at work. We support breastfeeding parents and regard this legislation as recognition of our lactation program.
Lactation Stations
The University of Washington Bothell has the following locations for Students, Faculty, and Staff to use as lactation stations. For additional information on room logistics, please visit UW Worklife.
Founders Hall (UW1), room 128
Commons Hall (UW2), room 336
Husky Hall, room 1419
Summit Hall, room 001F
Innovation Hall, room 149
The rooms can be reserved via 25Live and are accessible with your husky card. To reserve the lactation stations, follow the instructions below to gain access to UW Bothell’s Space Reservation System 25Live. 25Live is UW’s tri-campus application for reserving rooms and other physical spaces on campus that provides a quick and easy way to check availability and request space all in one place.
- In order to gain access to 25Live and request space, you must first complete the required 25Live training.
- You will only need to complete the required training one time.
- By default, anyone with a UW NetID can view space availability within 25Live. If you only need to view space availability, you are not required to complete the 25Live training. However we strongly encourage you review the Getting Started with 25Live training.
- Check out our 25Live FAQ for more information.
