Public Records Request
In 1972, Washington State enacted the Public Records Act to assure transparency and access to government records. The University of Washington Office of Public Records and Open Meetings is the statutory government transparency compliance office for all University of Washington campuses and for UW Medicine.
The UW Bothell Public Records Liaison assists in the university’s compliance efforts by coordinating UW Bothell’s public records and open public meetings.

Submitting a Request
Public records requests for UW Bothell must be submitted directly to the Office of Public Records and Open Meetings. Please submit your request through the UW Public Records Request Portal.
