A year after leaving the University of Washington Bothell, bachelor’s degree graduates are earning more on average than those from all other public colleges and universities in Washington, according to longitudinal data collected by a state research center.

CROW student journal taking flight
A new peer-review journal for University of Washington Bothell students called The CROW is about to take flight. The Campus Research and Observational Writings journal is a place to publish research papers and proposals, literature reviews and editorials. UW Bothell leaders win engineering awards
Two University of Washington Bothell leaders have been honored by the Puget Sound Engineering Council as top talents in the region. Elaine Scott, dean of the School of STEM, and Wendy Lawrence, a UW Bothell advisory board member, received their awards at a banquet at the Museum of Flight in Seattle on February 13. Scott was named 2016 Academic Engineer of the Year and veteran astronaut Lawrence was recognized for her many contributions to education.
