How to Request Space in the ARC

Event space may be requested through 25Live the UW’s tri-campus application for reserving classrooms and other physical spaces.

Please note that meeting rooms in the ARC are designated for UWB and Cascadia College student clubs and organizations use. Questions regarding meeting room space in the ARC can be directed to arcevent@uw.edu.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the ARC reservations team to process your meeting room request
