Winter 2025 Group Fitness Schedule
Our weekly Group fitness classes include modifications for all levels and all abilities to ensure that everyone can take a step toward meeting their fitness goals. Our ARC certified instructors are top-quality, providing a workout experience that is sure to captivate you! All classes take place in the Fitness Center Studio, located in the Lower Level of the ARC, unless otherwise noted.

Class registration
Register online through the myARC Member Portal or in-person! Registration opens 14 days prior to class time. You can cancel a registration up to 72 hours before class start time.
Please arrive between 5 to 10 minutes prior to the scheduled class time. The instructor will check you into class outside of the ARC Studio. Doors will close at the start of class and participants will not be admitted late.
Class types & descriptions
Strength
- Total Body Strength: Our Strength Group Fitness classes combine cardiovascular, strength, and core training all into one full body workout. Options for all levels are provided!
- Core Conditioning: Consists of low impact training to build strength, improve balance, stability, and endurance. Options for all levels are provided!
- Lower Body Strength: this class focuses on lower body muscle groups including glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps, and calves. It will leave everyone feeling strong and empowered!
Cardio
- Cardio & Core: Cardio & Core has the perfect mix of cardiovascular and strength training for the full body that incorporates both weighted and body weight exercises.
- Indoor Cycling: Combination of sprints, jumps, and climbs on a bike; this class is a fun and challenging indoor cycling workout. Remember your water and towel!
- Indoor Cycling Express: Are you in a time crunch and want to get a quick workout in? This indoor cycling class is for you – only 30 minutes in length, this class includes sprints, jumps, climbs, and more.
- Cardio Kickboxing: includes kickboxing techniques and exercises to improve flexibility, core strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance, and coordination. All skill levels are welcome!
- Kickboxing – Skills Session: Want to learn more on technique and form within Kickboxing? Attend this Kickboxing: Skills Session class to enhance your skills and knowledge. This class is open to all levels and attending previous kickboxing classes is not required.
Mind/Body
- Yoga Vinyasa Flow: A blend of stretching, strengthening, and relaxation while focusing on transitions and movements, with less time spent in stationary poses.
- Yoga Restorative Yin: This low-intensity yoga flow focuses on mindfulness and flexibility. It will leave everyone feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
- Yoga Power: Yoga Power is a form of Vinyasa with a faster pace that focuses on building strength and endurance while incorporating mindfulness.
- Yoga Strength: Like Yoga Power, this yoga class is dynamic, empowering, and has a faster pace, but it combines traditional yoga poses with strength training exercises.
- Yoga Mindful Flow: The focus of mindful yoga is on mind-body awareness while incorporating stretching and flow techniques. This is a great class to start off your day or week.
- Pilates: A form of low-impact exercise that strengthens the body, especially the core, and improves posture, flexibility, and balance.
