Pritam is a business incubation and turnaround specialist and an entrepreneur at heart. He has turned around and built several business units from scratch during his 30-year career with variety of experience ranging from research scientist to business CEO. He is passionate about helping organizations achieve their true potential through right strategy, support, technology enablement, and has been instrumental in unlocking radical new business models and solution delivery. He was instrumental in leading strategy, marketing, alliances to enable organizational growth engine. He has played key role in several initiatives in the area of merger & acquisitions, to help drive inorganic growth.

Pritam is Co-founder of ARTIQUITY, a management consulting firm focused on hypergrowth strategy consulting and value creation in digital economy.

At present, Pritam is a board member and managing partner in leading digital transformation companies— Trimax, breakthrough HCM SaaS Platform OpsArc and Analytics product startup – Quosphere. Prior to this, Pritam led Tech Mahindra’s business in the US Pacific Northwest in addition to leading Global Alliances for more than 10 years. Pritam also performed leadership roles at Cable & Wireless, Tata Teleservices, Prime net and Data Access in his past career.

Pritam graduated Engineering in Computer Science from Pune University and MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta, India. He is also an alumni of prestigious Harvard Business School.
