Program Details
The Eastside Mini-MBA provides students with multiple approaches to discover how topics are applied in real business scenarios.
ONLINE, LIVE CLASSES | 100% live online instruction and engagement with faculty. Participation is required in the scheduled sessions to receive certificate. |
WORK COMPATIBLE | Classes are offered in work compatible schedules that fit working professionals’ schedules. All classes are recorded in the event of conflict. |
LIMITED HOMEWORK | Total time commitment is about 70 hours (55 hours of instruction + 15 hours of outside class work for session prep or capstone group work). |
MBA CREDIT WAIVER | Graduates are eligible to waive 4 credits from the UW Bothell MBA program (program application and admission required and not guaranteed). |
NONCREDIT COURSE | Graduates receive continuing education units (CEUs) rather than college credits and are graded as successful/unsuccessful completion. |
CREDENTIAL | Upon meeting all requirements to successfully complete the program, participants receive an executive certificate from the University of Washington Bothell School of Business. |
Admission and Fees
Application to the program is required for admission.
COLLEGE DEGREE NOT REQUIRED | Students from all education backgrounds are eligible to join this program. |
LOCATION FLEXIBLE | Students are welcome from any United States state or international country. Please note that all times provided are Pacific Time. |
PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE | We recommend at least two years of professional work experience that includes a working knowledge of your business and industry to benefit fully from the experience and contribute to the cohort experience. |
BUSINESS EXPERIENCE | No business experience is required. We welcome students from multiple disciplines, including healthcare, technology, construction, etc. |
TUITION | Standard Tuition is $5000 and includes all instruction and materials. If your employer is an active member of the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, you qualify for a $500 discount. |
ADDITIONAL FEES | Program application is free. Program registration fee is $55 and covers registration processing, as well as access to some UW resources, such as the libraries. |
REFUNDS | Payment is due in full at registration prior to each program start date. You may withdraw from the program and receive a refund up to one day prior to the third-class session. Refunds will not be granted after the third class session. The refund will consist of the program fee minus a $500 withdrawal fee. The registration fee is non-refundable. |
