As the World Wide Support Engineering Leader for Microsoft Modern Work Customer Service & Support, Mahmood Khadeer leads a dynamic technical support organization dedicated to servicing SMB, Enterprise, and Partners for Microsoft Modern Work. This includes a comprehensive suite of products such as Office, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Intune, and System Center Configuration Manager.
With a global team comprising over 600 full-time employees and 2500 vendors, Mahmood drives initiatives that ensure customer and partner success. Under his leadership, the team is committed to helping customers and partners achieve more and realize their full potential by providing reliable and timely support where and when it’s needed.
Mahmood’s vision and strategic direction, empowers his team to deliver exceptional service, fostering a customer-centric approach that prioritizes efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement. Through his dedication and expertise, Mahmood plays a pivotal role in enabling customers and partners to thrive in the ever-evolving landscape of Modern Work.
In addition to his leadership role, Mahmood has been a dedicated mentor for the last three years, finding great satisfaction in guiding and developing future leaders. His mentoring efforts have not only enriched the professional growth of his mentees but also fostered a culture of continuous learning and support inside and outside his organization.
Outside of work Mahmood is an avid mountain biker, family man and pillar in the Muslim Association of Puget Sound community, the largest Muslim center in Washington State.
A fun fact, “One of my favorite mountain biking experiences was conquering The Whole Enchilada trail in Moab. The exhilarating downhill sections and breathtaking scenery made it an unforgettable adventure!”
