T-Mobile turned to us to create the Altitude Program, a 6-month leadership development course for their engineers, project managers, and IT professionals. Our tailored program empowered participants to transition from technical roles to business leadership through targeted modules on self-awareness, conflict management, team performance, and strategic leadership.
Vertafore needed a customized leadership initiative to strengthen business acumen within their technical teams. Our program included modules on strategy, economics, and operations management, paired with business simulations and team projects. This interactive approach boosted leadership, decision-making, and communication skills, empowering participants to drive innovation and lead more effectively.
We provided a 3-month training for the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe in project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication. Participants applied their skills to business projects, presenting recommendations to tribal stakeholders. The program strengthened team capabilities and drove organizational improvement.
Lion Air enlisted us to develop a leadership and business skills curriculum for their managers in Jakarta. Participants completed 510 hours of education and hands-on training, applying their skills to organizational projects and presenting to executives. The first cohort transitioned into key consulting roles with excellent feedback.
