NHS Alum to Help with Earthquake Relief Efforts in Nepal

Nursing & Health Studies Alumna, Miriam Witt, plans to travel to Nepal to assist with earthquake relief efforts after the magnitude-7.8 earthquake on April 25, 2015. Witt will be part of a medical response team and will volunteer for two weeks as part of a group organized by Everett nonprofit Clarion Global Response. Witt and other local health care professionals will travel to Nepal to provide medical care to Nepalese refugees.
