Admitted students

Welcome!

Congratulations on your acceptance to the Master of Nursing program. We look forward to welcoming you to the School of Nursing & Health Studies community and supporting you throughout your graduate studies. In addition to the university and Graduate School requirements for enrollment, take action on the following:

Complete the new student Health & Safety requirements

Before enrollment into fall coursework, admitted students must complete a background check, a criminal disclosure form and provide proof of their RN license. These requirements are completed in our online document manager, CastleBranch. As part of the process, you will create a CastleBranch account. Students with an existing UWB BSN CastleBranch account or who would like assistance, contact the Health and Safety Coordinator, Jennifer Kirstein at uwbnursingcompliance@uwb.edu.  A registration hold will be placed on the student’s account until the requirements are met. The following packages must be purchased separately using our UW Bothell CastleBranch portal.

  • Click here to purchase Package Code UH82bg and complete the Initial Background Check. $54.00 fee.
  • Click here to purchase Package Code UH82imel Compliance Tracker – eLearning. Upload proof of your RN License and the criminal disclosure form (found in CastleBranch). $64.99 fee.
Instructions: Scroll to the bottom of page and agree you’ve read the instructions to move forward. You will arrive to a larger set of clinical requirements. At this time it is only the criminal disclosure form and the RN license proof required for fall registration.

These three items are part of a larger set of School Health and Safety requirements students complete each year in preparation for the Advanced Fieldwork course. They are in addition to the UW Tri-Campus immunization requirements using Med+Proctor. The remaining items on the Compliance Tracker-eLearning will have a deadline prior to registration for your advanced fieldwork course; however, new students are encouraged to complete the remaining set of clinical requirements in UH82imel (eLearning – Medical Document Manager) before starting the program.
