Administrative Leadership
This 2-or 4- year hybrid cohort graduate program in Administrative Leadership is designed in collaboration with UW Bothell MBA professors, community nurse executives and nursing faculty to ensure the curriculum is relevant, engaging and develops students’ skills in business, leadership, and nursing. The track coursework is taught by faculty in the UWB School of Business’s MBA program and the School of STEM’s Computer Science Program leveraging their deep expertise in healthcare business and informatics to better prepare you to lead in your organization.
Credits and credentialing
Students complete a total of 55 credits: 35 core nursing credits which include a capstone project, 100 hours of fieldwork and 20 designated leadership electives. Graduates meet the didactic requirement to sit for advanced credentialing of Nurse Executive (NE-BC) by the American Nurse Credentialing Center.
