Amoshaun Toft at the OurMedia Conference: “From StudioX to legal FM”

IAS faculty member Amoshaun Toft co-organized the “Echoes of Indymedia: Infrastructures of resistance” panel at the OurMedia conference in Brussels. His presentation, “From StudioX to legal FM: Organizing communications infrastructure in Seattle 1999-2019” accompanied participants in-person and remotely from a range of academics and practitioners involved in the Indymedia movement at the 20-year mark since the 1999 WTO actions and the Seattle Independent Media Center combined cross-sectoral organizing with the original web 2.0: Open Publishing.
