Anida Yoeu Ali exhibits in Two Major Taiwanese Cities
IAS faculty member Anida Yoeu Ali exhibits in a new group show titled “South Wind Rises: Asia-Pacific Contemporary Art Exhibition” held at the Taipei historical landmark the National Taiwan Art Education Center. The exhibition opened July 3, 2018 and will run until September 9, 2018. On view from Ali’s Ali’s “The Buddhist Bug” project are a series of 8 photographic photos, 1 video and a 40 meter installation of her performance garment. After Taipei, The Buddhist Bug travels to the Taoyuan Art Center on view from mid-September until October 14, 2018 as part of the “Taoyuan Art x Technology Festival.”
