Anida Yoeu Ali commissioned by The British Council for Imagine 2037

IAS faculty member Anida Yoeu Ali selected as 1 of 8 international artists commissioned by The British Council to create an original performance for Imagine 2037 as part of the Edinburgh Showcase. Imagine 2037, curated by Andy Field, Alma Salem, Cathy Gomez and Matt Beavers, is a festival of imaginary performances created by artists who are migrants. It celebrates the 20th anniversary of the British Council’s Edinburgh Showcase by looking to the future in 20 years’ time on Arthur’s Seat, a hilltop overlooking Edinburgh.
