Malak Shalabi wins Library Research Award for Undergraduates
Law, Economics & Public Policy (LEPP) major Malak Shalabi was one of the winners of this year’s Library Research Award for Undergraduates . This tri-campus contest is designed to reward students who create research projects with “unusual depth or broadness in the use of library resources and collections.” Advised by IAS faculty member Bruce Kochis, Shalabi won in the Non-senior Division for her project, “Spiritual Humiliation: Sectarian Torture Tactics in Assad’s Prisons.”
