Kristy Leissle Publishes an Article on Major Trends in US Craft Chocolate
IAS faculty member Kristy Leissle published an article on major trends in US craft chocolate in the “Economy & Business” section of The Conversation. The article, “Craft chocolate shakes up industry as its sweet season begins,” documents the extraordinary rise of craft chocolate in the United States over the past fifteen years, as well as the increasing links between consumer education and knowledge around chocolate, and industry innovation around trade ethics.
