Amen Meng screens Horeta at the Langston Hughes African American Film Festival

IAS alum and Media and Communications Studies major Amen Meng had his documentary Horeta: The Journey Beyond Culture selected for a screening at the annual Langston Hughes African American Film Festival. The screening is scheduled for the film festival’s opening weekend on Sunday, April 12, at 1:00 pm, with tickets available at the door or here. The film focuses on a group of UW Bothell students who participated in a study abroad program to Ethiopia during the summer of 2012.
