Dan Berger discusses Eric Holder and civil rights in the International Business Times
IAS faculty member Dan Berger was interviewed for a story in the International Business Times about U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder’s civil rights legacy. Berger places Holder’s legacy in the context of the protest and civil disobedience currently organized under the banner “black lives matter,” suggesting that Holder “has not been as proactive or aggressive in pursuit of racial justice as many would have hoped… and that rather dire circumstances mandate.”
