Add money to a Husky Card

All Husky Cards are automatically linked to a debit account which can be conveniently used to pay for various on-campus goods and services. Deposits can easily be made with a credit/debit card through the Online Card Office ($5 minimum) and the funds are posted to your account immediately.

Faculty/Staff also have the option of signing up for payroll deduction by logging in to the Online Card Office and submitting a request form.

Cash deposits are no longer accepted. Please note that the Husky Card Account cannot be used to pay for bus fare.

Check card balance

To check your real-time balance, log in to the Online Card Office. You can also set up your MyUW webpage to display your account balance, however please note that the balance indicated on MyUW is obtained through a download process once a day, so the balance shown will not reflect purchases made since the last download.

Use money in a Husky Card

The Husky Card account can be used for a variety of purchases on the UW Bothell campus:

• UW Libraries & Publications Services
• University Book Store
• Vending machines

Husky Cards are also accepted at participating locations on the Seattle and Tacoma campus.
