We understand these are uncertain times and while community-based organizations along with public and private services are ready to respond and assist, it can be challenging to locate these resources. To assist, we have curated a list of resources for you. If you do not see what you are looking for, contact Washington 211, a hotline to connect you with community resources. Mental health resources
- The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has guidance on Managing Anxiety & Stress
- People who are managing existing mental health conditions should prioritize self-care during difficult times and should contact their clinicians if they have questions or concerns.
