Fulbright ‘Top Producer’ lists name UW and UW Bothell
The University of Washington is proud to be included on the list of U.S. colleges and universities that produced the most 2022-2023 Fulbright U.S. students and scholars. This recognition is given to the U.S. colleges and universities that received the highest number of applicants selected for the 2022-23 Fulbright U.S. Student and Fulbright U.S. Scholar programs.
Two UW Bothell faculty, Salwa Al-Noori from Biological Sciences who taught in Jordan and Wanda Gregory from Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences who taught and conducted research in Iceland, were awarded Fulbright Scholar grants in 2022, propelling UW Bothell to be named as a Top Producing Institution of Fulbright Scholars among Master’s degree granting institutions. Jennifer Ha’s (BA in Elementary Education, 2021) English Teaching Assistantship (ETA) grant to Taiwan contributed to the University of Washington being named as a Top Producing Institution in the Student category; Jennifer was one of 10 UW students awarded the prestigious grants.
