It was a memorable experience for Kanu Vasdev after joining the UW Bothell Faculty Led study abroad program hosted by Global Initiatives to Ehime, a seaside prefecture in Japan. Kanu developed sturdy connections with the prolonged culture after visiting several historical sights and engaging in traditional events with locals.
