New UW Research Administration Certificate for staff and faculty

On September 25th, 2019 which is Research Administrators Day, UW launched its new Certificate in Research Administration. The program offers a foundational understanding of research administration practices, policies and resources at the UW. The aim of the program is to support campus departments and central units to align practices, share expertise across units, and support UW learners in forging career pathways for themselves. Whether your are an experienced Research Administrator or brand new to the field, this certificate is for you!

UW Bothell Research Administrators may also be interested in the upcoming National Council for University Research Administrators webinar: Research Development for Research Administrators – Understanding, Mapping and Leveraging Assets which aims to help research administrators understand the basics of research development and how to integrate research development strategies with sponsored programs activities.
