For her undergraduate research, UW Bothell senior Malak Shalabi interviewed Syrian refugees in Jordan about torture they suffered. The law, economics and public policy major is headed to the UW Law School to study international law, with the goal of promoting justice in the Muslim world. Read the story on UW News.
