Stoles
Stoles are an optional addition to the Commencement regalia. Students and/or clubs wishing to purchase a stole for graduation may do so at their own expense.
An option for clubs is to purchase the official purple or gold stole that is available during the registration process and at Grad Fair. You may add a club patch or pin to this stole.
Guidelines
If students or clubs do not wish to purchase the official purple or gold stole, they may order from a vendor. Clubs may add their club logo to the stole. However, the UW Academic seal as well as the UW and the UW Bothell logos are prohibited from use.
If students or clubs are purchasing a stole that is not the official purple or gold stole, we kindly ask students to avoid any imagery or messages that may be perceived as offensive. We want everyone to feel comfortable and included during the ceremony.
