Qualtrics Overview

Central UW-IT has acquired an institutional license to the Qualtrics survey platform. Our institutional license provides all UW Bothell faculty and staff with unlimited access to the survey platform, with no limits on survey storage or survey responses.

If you’d like to create a Qualtrics account, please contact the Office of Institutional Research at uwbiro@uw.edu. An account will be created for you with your UW email address, and you will be notified once it is ready.

Once you have been notified that your account is ready, go to https://uwashington.qualtrics.com and enter your UW credentials (NetID and password) when prompted.
