Chancellor Wolf Yeigh will give the Leadership Lesson for the Business and Organization Leadership Development (BOLD) program in the School of Business.
Attendees will have an opportunity to hear the veteran naval officer draw on his military experience and leadership in higher education during his interactive presentation on crisis leadership and current events.
At a previous BOLD event, Yeigh engaged students in one of his favorite pastimes, tying a bowtie. Organizers say there is likely to be another lesson in tying the perfect bowtie, and there will be prizes and refreshments.
Yeigh's BOLD Leadership Lesson will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on April 12 in the North Creek Events Center. The event is free to undergraduates and undergraduate alumni. For more information about BOLD click here.
The BOLD program takes students to business and organization headquarters to meet directly with CEO and top executives. It arranges for executives to meet with small groups of students to provide coaching and support in developing leadership skills. And, it arranges BOLD talks from leaders with thought-provoking perspectives.
